In compliance with European regulations, the machines are supplied with a closed PETG guard, equipped with gas springs to facilitate lifting and controlled closing. The food contact areas (MOCA), including screws, lids and supports, are entirely made of stainless steel, thus ensuring hygiene and ease of cleaning. The structure is painted in food grade, extremely robust and resistant to accidental scratches. The internal carpentry meets the needs of a market increasingly attentive to the robustness of the structures (thickness of the sheet metal, robotic welding and finishes that make our structures easy to clean).
